All orders qualify for standard shipping with no minimums. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placing between Monday-Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from shipping and processing so please account for the same when placing order. Orders placed on Saturday/ Sunday will ship on Monday. Everything we have online is ready to ship.
STANDARD SHIPPING is INR 200 on all orders. You will receive your orders within 2-6 business days of shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to estimate when the parcel will reach you. Shipping fees are non refundable.

SAME BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY MUMBAI is also available in the form of express shipping for INR 300 for prepaid orders from Monday- Friday(excluding holidays and weekends). Orders must be received by 11am for same business day delivery else it will be delivered the following business day. Please check with our team before placing your order. Next Business Day Delivery is not applicable beyond Mumbai city lines (excludes Navi Mumbai, Thane, etc). It is not applicable on exchange or store credit.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected pincodes throughout India for selected items. (Please note: You cannot open the box before completing payment at delivery. No credit/ debit cards accepted in COD. COD available on maximum amount of Rs 50,000) For items that are not eligible for COD prepayment/ cash deposit/ bank transfer is available. Please contact us for bank details. Cash on Delivery Orders will incur a non refundable fee of INR 300.
Please note: If you do not accept your COD order, you will no longer be eligible for COD services from us.
We accept returns of ALL ITEMS (except FINAL SALE) for refunds/exchanges within 7 days from date of delivery . We require product to be couriered back at your cost to reach us within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since the day you received your purchase, and the return has not reached us- unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. No Exceptions after this period.This return policy is not applicable for in person purchases.
Only items marked Final Sale will be non returnable.
If an exchange is processed- then the item will not be returnable for a full refund and only store credit will be available. For sale items, once an exchange (even against store credit) is processed it will be considered FINAL SALE. The store credit can only be redeemed once and will be considered FINAL SALE. The store credit will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.
How do I return?
Simply use the included returns form and send us back the product at your cost of courier and the original packaging with tags intact by courier at the address mentioned in the returns form or in contact us section to reach us within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your return we will confirm receipt within 2-3 business days and communicate whether your return has been approved.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. COD will be refunded via Net Banking. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate forms of payment. Returns will be processed within 2-4 business days after which refund will be initiated. COD refunds take 7-9 business days to process and credit. Prepaid refunds take 7-10 business days to credit.
Refund in the form of store credit is also available. Once refund has been issued in the form of store credit – it cannot be changed to another form later.Store credit is only redeemable on our website and cannot be used towards shipping or cash on delivery fees. Failure to provide bank details within 10 business days of return will result in store credit being issued.
Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery in new condition with original packaging; unused, unwashed with tags attached. Items returned with no tags, obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be subject to refusal and returned back to the customer.
Coupons are not applicable on sale items or on any special prices unless specified. Coupons are not transferrable on future purchases or exchanges. Coupons are not applicable on past purchases.
Any additional charges paid for shipping or cash on delivery fees will be non-refundable.
HeyGirl.in monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Our merchandise is offered for sale by Hey Girl Clothing LLP for your personal enjoyment and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.
We do not offer price adjustments on exchanges on future or past orders.
HeyGirl.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
